Third, and fourth grade students were able to hear their recorded voices today. Third grade used the Orff instruments to play Jack Mack (beat versus rhythm), and fourth grade got to hear their singing voices on, "Listen." Good job Ms. Grizzle, and Ms. Linn's classes! I hope to have sound clips up soon!

K and 1st: What is steady beat? How does it help us in music? 2nd: What is tempo? How can you tell when tempo changes? 3rd: What is steady beat? What is rhythm? How do they work together? 4th: What is steady beat? How does it help us in music? 5th: Why does music have meter? How does meter affect music? It is hard to believe that today has already gone by so quickly, with all the preparation your teachers have done during the last few weeks to get ready for this first day of school. It was a very quick, and very fun day. Room 46 is ready to make some music. Please stop by tomorrow if you are coming to open house.
